I have lived here for two years. It is gated and the office staff is nice. It comes with basic cable (charter) and door to door trash pick up... if you remember to put your trash out. (lol) You can get a furnished apartment, and that brings a special breed of people. There are a lot of young people here. (18 -22) So at night it tends to get a little loud. It is a good place for your first apartment, or if you plan on being here for a short time, I think they have short term leases. The apartments do not have W&D hook ups.. but there is a Hugh laundry mat on site. If you have pets... they do not accept pets period. The two years I lived here have been nice. I have just grown out of my 550 sqfoot apartment.
