This place sucks!! From: camdenoasissucks Date posted: 5/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I had earlier written a review saying that this was a decent place, I have since seen the true light of this place. If you move here, do not ever plan on moving out, they are complete jerks when it comes to the move out process. They were not willing to help us out in even the slightest way because we were not willing to sign another lease, they raised our rent $150 a month because we did not want to sign another lease, the apartment was infested with ants..they were everywhere, and we could not get rid of them. They were no help in that area either. We gave our 30 day notice, and they were not budging on that either, then we finally moved out, they sent us a bill for $137 to clean the apartment that we only lived in for 3 months! I mean, they charged us to clean the mirror in the bathroom and dust the ceiling fan!! I have lived in alot of apartments, but never have I had to pay someone to clean the place after we left!! I vacuumed the carpet, they claimed they had to do it again, that is crap! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The only good reviews that they have are from the office staff...dont be fooled! They take advantage of people when they assume that there is nothing you can do about it, they will see that $137 when frozen pigs fly out of hell! Check out park lake in bedford if you need a short term furnished rental, they were much more accomodating!
