I have lived at Charter Oak for several years and have always been very happy here. I dont plan on moving...ever.

I have live here on and off for the last 10 years. This new managent is very indiferent about their tenants maintenace isues. I am moving because I am still waiting for the longest for a new AC filter,for the mold in my closet to be clean,due to a water flood in the 2nd floor aptartment among others issues. I will never return here unless this current management as of March/2006 is replace by a friendly and profetional one.
