Now we are seeing inadequte care for the property and it's inhabitants well-fare overall. Over a period of two months the safety level has drop drastically . As there have been many personal belongings reported to the police stolen, as well as my own. New Management has no solutions, it seems.
Management response regarding Maintenance issues and requests is more to ignore the issue than to fix the problem .The management that has change seems to not understand the needs of the people that they lease to and recieve revenues from.However the maintenance personel are still capapable and curtious.

I totally disagree. I think that the new management is wonderful, helpful, and very polite. When I moved in they greeted me with smiles and answered each and every one of the questions I had. I personally am glad that the management changed and that we now have two lovely ladies who are respectful and honest.

The new management as of 03/2006 is very unfriendly and seems not to care about their tenants needs. This managent is very slow responding to maintenace issues.When you walk to the office they ignore you, however they are very promp to extend their hands to get your rent check.
