Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Have my 1st floor apartment flooded by the one upstair. Management wanted to increase my rent to pay for a new carpet, still have the old stinky one.
My closet develop mold and was never cleaned,the kitchen colapsed and the roof wasn't fixed properly and is comming apart again.
I do not recoment this apartment complex to anyone until a new management takes over... 03/13/2006
