I HATE THIS PLACE I BEEN LIVING HERE LIKE ABOUT 3 TO 4 YEARS.MY FIRST YEAR WAS OK BUT, THE OTHER ONES WAS A NIGHTMARE I'M SO SICK OF IT!THEY GOT RATS, YEAH, HUGE RATS.MY APARTMENT GOT LEAKS EVERYWHERE AND THE MAINTANANCE IS VERY LAZY, CHARTER OAK IT'S A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.
