I lived there in 2006/2007 and it was TERRIBLE. First, some kid tried to stab my daughter on the playground. My daughter was 6 at the time, and the other kid was 5 ! He had a huge knife. THEN some crackhead attacked me for 'staring' at her. Yes, she was obviously a drug abuser. I hadn't even looked at her. whew.

THEN...I got rats. Huge rats. God bless it was horrendous. Not to mention the roaches. First appearances were deceiving because it really does look like a nice place.

After they got new management and Jimmie Kay was fired, I walked out on my lease. They were absolute jerks. My b/f is an electrician, and when we were living there the a/c would stop working, and all of the air would turn to heat. I would come home to a 110 degree apartment, and at one point it almost killed our dog. In the winter, the heat didn't work at all. My daughter had strep and we had to go spend the week at a friend's house because the heat stopped working and it would get down to 40 degrees..and we'd wake up and be able to see our breath.

My boyfriend said that the wiring in the apt's was very old and done wrong, and at some point it's going to cause a fire.

I'm so glad we left.
