When you call for anything at all, it would seem that it is seriously bothersome that they are having to even answer the phone.
Then you get a quick "We'll call you back''" which never seems to occur. I am personally still awaiting back a call about covered parking since there is no parking ANYWHERE near my apartment. Which brings me to my second problem.
Parking - There is a huge parking problem here. Terrible. Who designed this' Then to park anywhere near your apartment because of the design you are forced to pay for parking if you dont want to walk half a mile to your apartment.
Landscaping' I dont think so! Mud. Everywhere. It's almost embarrasing when you see every apartment complex that surrounds us with beautiful lush plants and trees and green grass and then you pull up to ours.
Pests - Another huge problem here. Spiders and GIANT roaches.
Pool - Yes there is one, for half of last summer it was shut down. The light with electrical cords was hanging out floating around in the pool. The lounge chairs there have all fallen apart 2 years ago and guess what' yep still have not been replaced. They are literally falling apart and management does not seem to care much. Kinda like when you call in.
I am petrified to move out of these because I have heard about the move out charges at this complex. And let me tell you when I moved in it was FAR from clean. It was downright gross. I am still cleaning little parts here and there of the people who lived there before me. My carpet is literally falling apart. And the paint job was so half done.

I recommend for this price - go somewhere else. It isnt worth it.
