This is a nice new complex. We live on the second floor and the angles made it a pain to move in couches, but I think the angles also help with the sound. Very quiet, I have never heard anybody else except for one amazingly loud argument downstairs. Parking pretty much sucks. The gates are the worst ever, they open towards you so you have to wait awhile to get in, plus they will close on your vehicle, and they don't have any safety device on them, they just keep pushing into your car. Dented my roomates brand new truck, office staff didn't care, but I don't think they are liable since we probably signed something. Apartments smell and look new. Some ants in my roomates room but he didn't report them so that's no fault of the complex. Maint. Requests handled immediately and proffesionally. We are moving out for something cheaper though, or rent just went through the roof.
