I dont even know how to describe that place, I would never have moved in if I would have found this website! I will start with the Management that was very rude and hard to deal with. I had my heater break in the middle of winter three times and every time it was like I bothered them and the last time it took four days to get it fixed!! The woman who showed me the apartment seemed nice at first but she sure did changed after two months of living there.The office management needs some lessons in professionalism and courtesy.
They don't know how to keep up with paperwork, I filled out papers so that my boyfriend could be on the lease and wrote a check for $30 somthing dollars and when he went to tell them about a problem they were snotty and told him he was not on the lease, I got a call at work from the woman ( same girl who showed him and I the appt, and sall him with me almost everyday) saying she had an unkown guy come to her about my appt and he is not on the lease. Her tone was not what I would call professional. When I told her he should be I paid money to have him put on it a month ago and ya'll cashed it with-in the week I wrote it, she said very childish, " Oh, it must be our fault".Ants,The whole bldg is infested! From the 2nd day we moved in till the day I gladly left they lived in the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. I had to keep all my food in the refrigerator. Yes, they have someone come out and spray, but it is way past that point! The lighting is almost always burnt out around the garage area, very unsafe at night and the gates were always broke. I never set foot into the pool which I cant believe anyone would when there was a light from the side of the pool floating with wires and all. Guess what! It was still that way when I left. This place was a nightmare that I thought would never end. I would pay twice the rent instead of going back.
