office staff not friendly AT ALL!

I am a fairly new resident and the office staff has NEVER been the friendliest people to deal with, the female in the front office ALWAYS seems to be in a bad mood and is not helpful in any way. The ONLY reason I leased here is because I fell in love with the layout and look of the place but the bad thing is there is absolutely no parking! There seems to be thousands of covered parking that they charge $25 for and maybe 10 uncovered which sucks!
