Quite a lot of negative things have happened here recently. A lot of cars have been broken into, and there seem to be a lot of people wandering in the parking lot, talking loudly, at all hours of the night. Also, the lawn care service mows early in the morning, which can be irritating. If you get home late, parking is a pretty big problem. The access gates rarely work (maybe one or two days every 6 months or so). This place seemed pretty nice when I moved in, but a lot of the new residents seem really "gangsta", and drive through with really loud music or stand outside yelling on their cell phones at 2:00 or 3:00 a.m.

All of our residents go through the same application process. We run credit and criminal background checks on everyone who applies for an apartment. The people that you speak of as "gangsta" have passed the same exact background check that you went though. Also we do have a courtesy officer on site that does nightly rounds. I would encourage you to go to the Euless PD website to view crime statistics.
