I actually recently signed on for another year here since i loved it so much. I've lived in 5 other apts. and i was always begging for my lease to be up. They just put hardwood floors in for me and i have to say they are really nice! This place is so worth it!

I LOVE COLLINS PARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE TO LIVE. THE OFFICE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ANYTIME I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING THEY ARE ALWAYS THEIR AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE. THEY ARE GENUINE PEOPLE AND MAKE THIS PLACE FEEL LIKE HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh I so agree that who ever wrote that Collins Park is the greatest place to live must work there because this place is a crap hole.

i sware to god this place is redicalous at day time its ok sometimes but as soon as the office close omygod the crackheads and gangmembers start raising from the dead they be knockin on your door late at nigth dont know who they lookin for sometimes it gets scary thats why i keep my door block with my dresser so knowone can get in.the staff is nice but they are liers because of what they wrote at the top and i do think they are the ones who wrote that good comment.for them to say something good about these apts.they must have not lived here because i dont think any one would have something good to say.thats the reason why they are angry
