The staff does not give a ---- about their tenants. In the past 1.5 years, they have not come to do routine maintenance in the apt. There was an electrical fire in my building one day and there is NO lighting in the parking lot. Have told them multiple times that it needs to be taken care of for safety reasons and they do nothing...

We strive to complete all of our work orders within a 24 hour period. The parking lot lights are checked on a nightly basis by our courtesy officer, and repaired as needed. If you have specific maintenance requests please contact our office and we will handle it in a prompt manner.

I have lived here 3 years and I love this place. It is nestled up to Bear Creek Park and maintenance is prompt to fix anything. The staff is great! I should move to be closer ro my job, but, I love it here, especially the park view.
