The fact is that everybody that has been here for a couple of years is getting the hell out of Dodge! I have talked to other apartment complexes and they all say all of the Milano residents are leaving because bad upkeep.
Problem 1) The Apartments are not being upkeeped and the Maintenance has to be begged to fix something.
Problem 2) The new Staff are jerks and we too have recieved all the letters threatening us if we dont pay on time. We also have recieved notices for late bills when we recieved the water bill 3 days prior.
Problem 3) Gates never work and they have no intention of fixing them or keeping them open.
Problem 4) The grounds are starting to look like crap because they are letting the trees die because they wont fix the sprinklers.
