Looks nice, but very poorly run, cheaply run

The management was put in place to save the apartment owners money. That is what they are doing. They don't water the grass, pick up trash, or show the tenants that they are appreciated by monthly "get-to-gethers". This is getting to be a terrible place to live. The work orders (for maintenance)are out of control (the last I heard, they had over 400 pending work orders), and the maintenance staff is out painting the fire lanes. The back gate is chained shut because they don't want to spend the money to get it fixed. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
