We were very happy at Milano for a while. The staff was nice, the grounds well kept, and parking was great and so was the view. Also very quiet. UNTIL we needed to find something without so many stairs (due to medical reasons) and management was uncooperative. We had to break our lease and they charged us $5000, which is still in dispute. The uncooperative management is now keeping us from getting a house. The staff that was at one point so nice to us turned very mean very fast.
