I have been here from the start. the first 2 years were great. You felt like part of a community. the last 3-4 years has been a nightmare. there have been several staff changes and none for the better. The current staff have no idea of customer serivce. Lets not forget the it is the MANAGEMENT COMPANY (GREY-STAR) that put these people in place. The ground and security are horrible. the staff only enforce what rules they want to. It took 3 weeks to get a problem I had fixed. Please don't be fooled by the false sence of respect your given at move in. Before the ink dries you will have already falleninto the pool of lies and deceet. Don't count on have any of the ammentities they say they offer. None of them are working.
