Pedestrian gate entry not functional, motor vehicle gate entry out of order every other week, pet owners do not clean up behind their "beloved" pets, pet owners allow pets to take a bath in the community pool - bacteria, germs, infections is all I have to say to that, residents driving way to fast and most of the time in the wrong lane, maintenance emergency answering service/machine is not as responsive as advertised, to much noise around the pool area until in the early am's, the workout/fitness facility has no security entry, smells extremely bad and so forth, and the management company for this apartment community has changed three times.
