I went to the property to view an apartment before making any decesions. I was told that there was an apt with the exact same layout/measurements that would be available on the move in date I was looking for. When I picked up my keys and excitedly went to my new apartment I found that both of the employees I had been working with had lied to me. It is much smaller! But now I'm stuck. When I picked up my keys I was told that I would get one garage door/gate opener for free but they were currently out and would get mine to me asap. (another lie) I finally got my clicker after two months and then was charged $40 for it! They have ONE maintenance worker for the entire complex! (they occasionally contract one other guy to help, but the manager said they prefer not to) The property manager and the office staff is unavailable to residents, totally unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompitent! I can honestly say that about each person that I have met and/or spoken with over the phone. It is a complete nightmare! The front entry gates have been left open 24hrs/day since October. Gates leading to the pool and fitness center do not have any kind of security devices to keep non-residents or criminals out. The pool & hot tub by my apartment have needed maintenance numerous times and despite numerous calls to management, they are a foggy greenish brown color with lord only knows what growing inside of them! Maintenance requests are near impossible to get in a timely manner. (i waited 4 months before someone finally got a clue) The building structure sucks - it sounds like I have a heard of elephants living upstairs. The walls are very thin - you can hear everything your neighbor saying if your apt is quiet. Do NOT ever leave anything in the night drop box if you are wanting them to actually receive it! I could go on and on....to make a long story short, DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS COMPLEX if you are looking.
