I recently moved into Colonial Grand and have had a really good experience. I looked around at about 15 different apartments and have found that this is by far one of the best. Every place is going to have its quirks, but so far this place seems to have the fewest. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. It is definitely a step above the rest.
