If you want a pretty looking to the eye but a total pain in the ass, then this is your place. Ive lived here for 3 years now and the only reason I havent left yet is because I hate moving.
The biggest problem is the management. Ive seen this place change apartment community owners along with about 50 different employees. Some in a matter of weeks. And since the change of property owners, a rent increase of about 300 dollars a month. There is only 1 maintenance man and it takes weeks to get anything taken care of, and some things never get done, or when you ask for something done, they do half of it until your crazy mad!! The jacuzzi was cold......COLD for 6 months. The fitness center looks great but 2 out 7 machines work. Out of order signs have been on them for over 6 months. And I even communicated to them how nothing works, and nothing was ever fixed.
I havent had problems with neighbors but it is kinda party central and the grounds are covered with fire ant hills and dog poop.
No one that works here, lives here. The building fire alarm went off two nights in a row at 4:30 am, sending the firn trucks here, and no employee ever knew about it. The fireman didnt couldnt even get into the room that controls the building alarms because no one that works here was here to open it, so they broke in. I called the emergency number and no one called me back for 1 and 1/2 hours. What if my apartment was flooding from a pipe breaking, like they say they will fix immediately, night or day!!
Long story short, the management and maintenance is a joke.......they may as well not exist and let the tenants run the property. Dont expect to get anything fixed, any response for emergency, be able to use any ammenities, or see the same face in the office.....so obviously consistancy cant happen.....except for consistant suckage!!!
