I started living her in '04 and it was the Milano. It was wonderful they cared about there residents and would do anything to work something out with you. Aso soon as Colonial Grand took over the upped my prices over what it should have been. My up stairs neighbor tried to brake into my apartment 3 times and everytime it happend I told the apartment about it and they did nothing about it! My upstairs neighbor was also very rude! He would stomp around at all hours of the night, he also would through his trash out and it would be all over the parking lot. They still wouldnt do anything about him and they wouldnt even pick up the trash. They dont care about there residence all they care about is getting some other poor sole to move into there apartment so they too can rip them off. I hated living there! I dreaded going home everyday! They lowered the credit ratings so any and everyone could move in there. I was affraid to go home ever day because I was affraid something bad would happen to me. Before it was Colonail Grand I could leave my door unlocked and I never even had to worry about someone braking in. I would highly suggest that anyone that is looking at this aparment complex to look other wise! There are way better apartments in that area than those! If it was still the milano I would suggest this apartment complex to anyone. But ever since Colonial Grand took over I would never put anyone through the torture that I had to go through for that year! The day I moved was the best day of my life! I actually recommend that anyone that is looking at any apartment to stear clear of any Colonial Grand I have heard bad things about this company other than what I experanced!

This whole area has gone down hill. The Stoneleigh across the street is the same way. They too lowered their credit rating and all the trash has moved in. Milano and The Stoneleigh used to be nice places before they were sold. I would highly recommend looking in another area.
