I read the reviews before I moved in and thought, I can deal with slow maintenance- but that's just the beginning! This place is HORRENDOUS. The management is absolutely terrible and they literally couldn't care less about you. I had a major emergency with my apartment and all they wanted to do was try and think of some way to charge me money when it was their fault! These WERE nice apartments when they were Milano. I don't know a single neighbor who isn't moving out as soon as their lease is up. Its Euless, so your options are limited, and these are spacious and reasonably priced in addition to "looking" nice. Please heed our warnings and live ANYwhere else. PS- I lived here two months and I already hate it that much.

I don't think people take these reviews seriously enough. But to me, they are more than just a one-time slip up about the apartments. Colonial Grand really is horrible and the management is awful. They don't give a crap about you until you put in your move out notice...and they want to ask..."Why are you moving? What can we do for you?" Gee, because YOU SUCK and anyone who wastes another dime on this place is either blind or dumb, Colonial Grand. And its not just slow maintenance. The trash is a very sore sight, the management is rude and lazy, the buildings are cheap, rent overpriced, floor plans overrated, and might as well be called "Poop Land." Thanks to the management not enforcing dog poop pickup. Do not move to Colonial Grand people, heed the warnings! I suggest Seramont on 121 or possibly the Franciscans.

Trust me, CV mgmt has told me flat out that they do not care about what is said on this review site. They think it's all 1 or 2 people making multiple reviews. You can try to work and work with them, but they will not budge and then make you the bad guy when they provide sub-standard service. Trash, poop, broken amenities... that's the Colonial Village way alright.

Euless has many apartments that are nicer than these...MANY.
