I have lived in these apartments for going on 6 years... For the first several years I loved living here. In the past 2-3 years it has gradually gone down hill. The trash compactor was a horrible idea...Every weekend there are mounds and mounds of garbage trailing out to the street curb, it is disgusting. Also, I have had huge issues with the new renters in my building. Not the same renters but in the same units being rented out. They seem to be renting to anyone that walks through the door. I have had racing dune buggy's, rioting in the parking lot with 30 people slugging it out. Police showing up at all hours of the night to arrest someone, or break up some 4am party... Management has been notified and it takes months if not an entire year for them to take action. I have on stayed due to the location and not researching new properties thoroughly enough yet... Also, the newest renters in my building and in the over all complex seems to filthy pigs...I am talking cigarette butts everywhere, soda cans, fast food trash, you name it littered all over the grounds. What used to be a very nice property clean with considerate neighbors has just turned into a dive I would never recommend this property to anyone I knew I agree with another review the management does change a lot, also the biggest change downward has been since Colonial Grand took over the property

At the other local Colonial property where I live, if you choose to stay, the office staff gets their friends to come on here and suggest you are a loser. ALL the issues you mention here are also issues where I live in a Colonial property.
