Ah yes Concord House. Our first apartment and it was disgusting. We didn't have roaches maybe cause the RATS chased them away. I called the Better Business on them. My air conditioning did not work for about 7 months and when they did fix it it was half ass. We had mold growing on the ceiling where there was a leak from the roof they did not fix .Management sucks cause when you have a problem they make you feel like you are bothering them. I HATED living there so we broke our lease and they stuck us with a 1000 dollar bill. 4 dollars was for light bulbs.Keep on looking. Cooper Ridge in Arlington Now there is a Roach Hotel nasty SOB
