I went from an apartment that was high dollar, tiny and nice on the outside to this apartment. Both of these apartments have roaches but Concord House has less of a problem. As for rats I have not seen one in my apartment at Concord House. I have had no leaks as well. The only thing about this apartment is that it is old. However my two bedroom apt is huge. It has a hallway and two big stable balconies. On top of that it is ABP and comes with basic cable. The manager is a female and so is the assistent manager. They are both family orented people. The apartment itself is full of families and it is a gated apartment. I am happy with how roomy my place is and the people I live around because they are all very neighborly (except this older gentlemen, he is moody). it is perfect for me because the people are not stuck up like in my other apartment.
