I have lived here one year and 3 months. I loved it here so much I recommended it to my roommates son, who has moved in also. These apartments are in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are even areas where you can enjoy the greenery and animals of nature doing their thing. The pool area is really nice and clean, Maintenance of the outsides is wonderful, the best it can be as far as I can see, As for indoor maintenance I would not know as I have not had to use them at all. but I do know the maintenance man and he is very nice and watches the place well. I know this first hand as just recently a friend locked her keys in her car and had to call friends to come over and open it and because it seemed strange to him, cuz she was not available to say she knew them he had called the police, while this was a little embarassing for us, I was glad he was a concerned neighbor, yes he lives here too.We have never had any trouble with the management either, everytime we had needed something from them, they have helped us and quickly too. Rent is reasonable due to it is a very up graded neighborhood, quiet and peaceful and no loud neighbors that I have noticed. The laundry mat is good, if one of the machines go out it is worked on quickly, and there are two facilitys in the apt complex. six washers and driers in each one. the neighbors are very friendly, even will say hi and give a smile when you are walking around the park. Parking is good and close to your apartments. Rent for me right now is 505.00 a month for a one bedroom apartment,as they gave us a discount for renewing our lease for another year. It was 515 last year.Electric has been around 50 to 75 dollars a month. 75 so far has been the highest bill as it has been a hot month and I am using the ac at a lower temp this month. If you want to live in a quiet nieghborhood that you can walk around in and feel safer for your children to play, I say this is the apartment for you. I hope you enjoy as much as I have.
