Crap!!! I HATE IT!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE AS TRIFLING AS MY NEIGHBORS. SHE PUTS DIRTY DIAPERS ON THE PATIO IN A SMALL TRASH BIN AND LETS THEM PILE UP AND FALL OUT. SHE LIVES EXACTLY 20 STEPS FROM THE DUMPSTER. MGMT COULD CARE LESS. THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING IN A HURRY. IVE HAD A WATER LEAK NOW FOR TWO WEEKS...MAINT SUCKS! MGMT IS NOT WILLING TO DISCUSS ANY PROPETY ISSUES AND HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR NOT FOLLOWING UP EVERYTIME...CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP NEXT MONTH!! DON'T DO IT...ANTS, WASPS AND CRICKETS ARE IN MY APT AND MY FRIEND GETS WATER INSIDE HER UNIT EVERYTIME IT RAINS. PLUMBING SUCKS.
