I lived here a year. I was not going to move from this property unitl I uncovered that the manager Doug Sharp is a CONVICTED sex offender. It is true. Visit www.watchdog.com and see for yourself. Not only that he doesn't live very far from the property so he can slip in and out at any time. I had one month to go on my lease but this disgusted me so much I moved in the middle of the night after paying my last months rent. I am told that his mother is the head manager which is why he is allowed to still work in the industry. They own at least 6 other properties so be aware if you decide to move. Please keep a tight eye on your children. This man has access to all the keys and all of your personal information.

Yep, I checked it out at familywatchdog.com,Douglas Edward Sharp convicted on Sexual Perform Child Produce/Direct/Promote. Yuck! Glad I don't live there

He wasnt listed on the Euless Police Department site. The watchdog site is a scam, they charge money for the info. Just plain wrong. Sure the info is correct? I hope not, but if so I know why I dont like him....disgusting!!

I use to live here and I confronted him about this and he admitted to it. I also got the whole story on it because I was a good tenant of his and I do have a child and I am not worried about him. If you dont like it just dont live there. No reason to judge a book by its cover.
