The apartments are great, great price for the huge floorplans, small kitchens but everything else is huge. If I had children I wouldnt let them go outside and play, i dont even let my dog go out there. I have heard that the manager is a conviced child molestor and there are some drug apartments in the next building over...people in and out all the time, never staying for very long. alot of loud music and cars and loud kids all the time.
