I've lived here just over a year now. The oak and pear trees look great together in the spring and fall. The fountains give a pleasant touch to the surroundings (when they're working). Frogs and birds chirp in the night time. All of the office people are the same as when I first moved in. The people above me have a squeeky spot in the floor I can hear at times. Average type appliances and cabinets. An occasional bash going on at the pool, but it's normally rather quiet.
