Living here was a horrible experience. I had many repairs needed when I moved in, however it took them six months to complete the repairs. I had to file many complaints and after threatening to file a report with TAA and move out did they come and fix the repairs. This was upsetting, especially since one of the repairs was a safety issue. Also, repairs to the building were often ignored. I lived on the third floor and the lights were out to the entire stairwell and outside light polls. They told me that it may take a week to fix. So walking to the third floor with no lights was very interesting experience. I never felt safe there because they would never fix the light issues in a timely manner.

Also, while i was there they had put several eviction notices of which never were true. They always claimed I owed money and was always able to prove that they cashed my checks. After changing management this month the money issues still came up. The new management said that they were 25,000 in debt (I believe). So that explained why they were always trying to get money out of people who already paid.
