I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS. I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE CHANGES THEY ARE MAKING. I HAVE NOTICED A LOT OF THE "RIF-RAF" THAT USED TO LIVE HERE HAS MOVED OUT...WHICH I AM HAPPY ABOUT. IF THEY HADN'T MOVED, I WAS GOING TO. WHEN THE NEW STAFF STARTED THIS PAST SUMMER, I CALLED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING WITH SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME ISSUES ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I THINK THE OLD STAFF WAS THE PROBLEM HERE...NOT THE NEW PEOPLE. THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE ALSO GOOD. NO PLACE IS GOING TO BE TOTALLY PERFECT, EVEN IF IT IS BRAND NEW. BUT FOR THE PRICE, I AM VERY HAPPY HERE AND PLAN TO STAY FOR A WHILE.
