The complex isn't horrible. The new people in the office are nice but the MANAGER ANGELA IS HORRIBLE. She is rude to every resident no matter who you are. She doesn't help and when she quotes things and prices she blames other people when she gets in trouble. THE PLACE WOULD BE MUCH BETTER WITHOUT HER.
