There are alot of issues that need to be taken care of. First of all, they over water so that all that is left is mud with a sprikle of grass. My friend actually tripped in the mud, fell and landed on his back. Its only a matter of time before this turns into a lawsuit. Second, don't leave belongins in your car. Several of my neighbors have had their cars broken into and yet that "Security Gate" still doesn't work! Third, their billing is a mess. You need to scan your bill regurlary to check for errors and over-billing. Overall the new management could fix these problems very easily and make this a nice place but them seem to be more interested in hiking up rates that dealing with the issues. Also, since new management took over the quality of people moving in here has seriously declined. There is guy who does his drugs outside his door on the first floor. I get that remoldeling is nice and the clubhouse looks better, but it doesn't make me feel any safer walking to my door at night. If I see positive changes on the things resident care about I'll stay otherwise I plan to leave at the end of lease.
