I began leasing back in 2005 and I quickly fell in love with this place. The landscaping is beautiful and the other tenets were great. Everyone respected each other and was mature. This is not the case anymore.
New management took over in the middle of 2006 and its gone downhill since then. Now they pretty much let anyone move in, I believe its because the new management team primarily consists of 19 & 20 year old girls running that office. The median age in our complex was mid to late 20's into the early 30's. Cool but more mature and we didn't have any drama. That is not the case now.
Now, there is nothing but 18 & 19 years kids moving in and they have brought all of their Ghetto Drama with them. It use to be peaceful in the walkways, now these kids have screaming matches with their boyfriends there. We use to sit on our balcony, now its pointless because all you hear is the rattling of some kids trunk from his base. Also, this one guy gets drunk and likes to open his door and hurl his glass beer bottles down the walkway and then slam his door again.
You can report this stuff, but seriously does a 19 year old have enough experience to handle these situations' No. And thats why they continue to happen. They need to get more mature people in that office and start doing background checks on possible tenets. And kick the currents ones out that are causing trouble.
