Ok i have been without hot water since feb 18th it is not feb 28th. It is to cold outside to be taking a cold shower. this has been an ongoing problem since early december and it continues to exist. I wiould not recommend anyone living here. The new management is horrible. She thinks it is ok for her residents to go without hot water. I feel the should be working around the clock. Run, run do not rent here go somewhere else. This problem is in over 8 buildings

I can confirm what is said above. I live in building 2 and have been with out hot water for 2 months. Managements nonchalant attitude is extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, they charge for gas which is supposedly used to heat the water. How funny. Rent at your own risk.
