I too have not had hot water on a consistent basis since the end of December. I currently have not had hot water for over 13 days. If I wish to bathe here I must boil water, like I live in the Dark Ages or something. The staff is inept at reporting issues. If you do decide to move here (and I would suggest not) then please write out a note EVERY TIME you have a maintenance concern. The manager is horrid. She claimed that she had no documentation of my apartment not having hot water even though I called and stopped by the office in person multiple times. It was only when I mentioned breaking my lease that she got on the phone and spoke to me. She claimed she would have to come in and take a temperature reading of my water to ensure that I truly didn't have any. Even though there are 9 buildings without hot water at the moment.
The only compensation I have received for not having hot water was $30 off my last month's rent. This month she will not give me the same discount because "it is not something they are doing at this time"- amongst other things.
I have rated the parking as decent because as everyone's lease is ending they are moving out- which is has ensured that I always get a space in front of my apartment. The grounds are also decent, though not well lit at night. Had it not been for the hot water situation I would stay.
Please know that when I moved here I read reviews on this website to help me make my final choice. When I moved in their rating was at 75%, you can see how much it has changed since then. Please also know that I have not just sat around complaining only to the staff here. I have contacted their corporate offices for both Dallas and Texas. Next I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, new agencies, and newspapers (all anonymously).
No one can understand how awful it is to live without hot water, until you actually go through it yourself. Please save yourself the headache and do not move here.

Also contact the city of Euless. I have contacted them. Contact code services. They are very helpful. Also COntact the Better Business Bureau, I like oyu dont think this is a game and I am tired of my life being disrupted . I to have no hot water.
