I signed on this site today to actually write something positive and I was very surprised by all these ratings. I live in one of the buildings that has not been affected by the hot water situation. I have heard some talk at the mailboxes and I've been in the office when that poor staff has been beaten down by one of my angry neighbors. Believe me I would have been extremely upset if I had to deal with this myself but I guess being outside the situation allowed me to understand from both sides. Here is what I know I have lived here for 2 years and have never experienced a problem like this. They keep the property clean, my neighbors are really nice, and the staff has always been great to me and several of my neighbors who are also long term agree. I am very happy here and I have to say even if this had happened to me I would want to continue living here because the good would by far out weigh the bad. Every apartment complex is going to have problems but you can't base your decision on one issue. I think there is like 15 other building that haven't had this problem. I would just say check it out for yourself ask the staff about the water situation I actually heard it was recently fixed. I am very happy here and will stay here until I buy a house.
