It is amazing how small the world is... I sent one of my best friends over there to live thinking that I was doing her a big favor! Sorry girl! I was in Sam's the other day when I noticed the manager of Enclave shopping and talking on the phone. I didn't expect her to notice me because I don't live there but I knew her from being in the office with my friend who does. I overheard her say something about being sick of all of her whiny A$$ residents..well ofcourse my raidar went up because my friend lives there and has been having some serious issues with her hot water. I have to say I followed this woman up and down every isle in Sam's and Actually put my phone on video to record some of this because I knew my husband would NOT believe some of the things this woman was talking about. How she got some girl named ----- wrapped around her finger and eating out the palm of her hand( taking her out for drinks sealed the deal) ..got some girl named ----- fired because she sent a letter into corporate on her... how she can't stand some pregnant woman named ------ who is apparently -----'s " overpaid secretary "... how she would just like to slap the crap out of some of the residents.. but how she smiles and plays the game.. I was absolutely horrified... You always hear stories of a wolf in sheeps clothing but this was appauling.. and I doubt seriously that she is the only person who works for this company that is like that.. So just be weary the next time you walk in her office and she smiles and sweet talks you ...you may be the one that she is stabbing in the back next! I wish someone would forward this onto to Corporate because you know you can't ask for the number they never give it to you!

I am currently looking for an apartment and happened to glance at this. I have been handling people for a long time and guys one thing is very obivous here..."Discruntled Employee" this person knows to much about staff here to just happen to see the manager at Sams... Not buying this story!!! GET SOME HELP HERE WHO EVER WROTE THIS, YOU ARE WAY TO OBIVOUS!! I am in no way saying this complex is where to lease but I will be going to check this place out for myself.

I BEEN LIVING AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR A WHILE NOW AND YES I HAD THE HOT WATER PROBLEM BUT IT WAS FIX BUT I DONT WORRY WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEES AT THE OFFICE AS LONG AS IM TAKEN CARE OF, I HAD COMPLAINS AS WELL BUT WHEN I READ THIS I JUST HAD TO SAY SOMETHING WELL FIRST OF ALL THE GIRL WHO POST THIS UMM U NEED TO GET A LIFE AND DONT WORRY ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE BUSSINES FOR A PERSON TO FOLLOW AND RECORD SOMEBODY ELSE THRU THE WHOLE CONVERSATION HAS ALOT OF TIME IN THEIR HANDS..AND TO JUDGE THE APARTMENTS IF U DONT LIVE THERE NO MORE WAS THAT ALL ABOUT U NEED TO FOCUS UR ENERGY SOMEWHERE DO COMMUNITY SERVICE OR SOMETHING IF U NEED THE INFO HERE IT IS ..
