I've only been at the Enclave for a little over a month. So far I am very pleased with the apartment and the staff. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The staff is always freindly (except for one instance but we all have our bad days) and tend to my work request timely.
The only negative I have is the parking is limited. If you get home late you will have a problem. They have plenty of reserved parking but you have to pay an additional monthly fee for that. I suggest that if they reduced the number of reserved parking space they would have a much higher rating from not only me but other tenants as well.
