I have been at the Enclave for one year and it's management and maintenance are, by far, the worst I have ever experienced. There is NO security, the entrance gate is left open at all times (however, the exit gate always works). Be ready for power disruptions at this apartment complex. They blame it on the electricity provider, yet other apartments in our area are not affected. Water temperatures fluctuate daily; at times you will just have to settle for a cold shower. The only time you will see or speak to the manager is when you sign the lease. Any other time, you will be told she is (1) in a meeting, (2) showing an apartment, or (3) off premises. You can pay a hefty monthly fee for covered parking, but that does not guarantee your spot. If someone is in your spot, which happens frequently, management will not assist you; they will tell you that you need to put a note on their car. If you still want to rent an apartment here, do not get a first floor apartment. They have had sewage backups that have flooded some 1st floor apartments.
