Originally, I recommended these apartments. They do still have some great things about them. Our layout is very nice, and the area is great. There are walking trails, parks, and lots of trees around, and it's right between dallas and fort worth.

My husband and I were trying to decide whether or not to stay at these apartments--they are at the top of our price range and we have had problems with spiders, ants, mosquitoes that have made it inside the apartment (plus several other things we were frustrated about). I called the office to see if they could come down on the rent at all (it did not change from last year so I believe we were already paying the maximum that they could charge us), and was told that they "work with tenants all the time" on the rent and that we should come down in person. My husband went down there and was told that they could not work with us at all because corporate sets the prices...so we were told two different things. I believe that when my husband went down there, they realized that we were in the most desirable floor plan, and decided not to work with us on price bc they realized they could get full price from someone else if we decided not to stay. We decided to stay anyways, and they had us sign the lease. They had to come back three times and have us resign it because of errors that they made on the lease. They told my husband he could have a free covered spot because of all of this, but then called back and said that he could not because I already had one...I guess they didn't look at the lease first.

The apartments are not terrible. But we will definitely not be renewing when our lease is up next year.
