Property is nice but living beside the pool, I had to call the police all the time. Management would not enforce their pool policy and it was always being abused. People would be in the hot tub all hours of the night...loud, screaming, partying, etc... but managment would not say a word to them. The police would come and run everyone out of the pool in the late night/early morning hours at least once a week because I was so inconvenienced so often. Management would also hold loud late night parties at the clubhouse without any regard to those tenants living around who did not care for the noise. They even broke their own rules of curfew in the clubhouse and pool area. I finally had to move out.
