Was informed that this complex charges excessive fees for water. The bill was for $40 and the single occupant does not even own a dishwasher or washer. Can you imagine that. Be careful who you rent from.

The Staff Rocks! every time i go to the office for anything the staff is so friendly i just moveded in, and they treat me like they have known me for years. At the complex i lived at i was there for 2 years and every time i went into the office someone would ask me who I was, HELLO I have been here for two years now! It's just feels good not to feel like a stranger when you are at home.
