It's cheap and the maintenance guys are so helpful. The management has been extremely helpful and understanding with issues as well. I don't know what other people are talking about. Whenever there was a problem, it was fixed immediately. Some people have had parking problems but I haven't had any, I usually get the closest spot to my apartment. Yes, they are old and drawers are falling apart all the time. We have also had issues with the hot water...there isn't any after ten minutes. But, for the most part I have enjoyed living here.
