Who manages these apartments' I have contacted the management team several times and left several messages. Not once have I had a return call or message. My satellite was in the wrong place, so I moved it. Then they tell me I have to pay the $300 dish deposit or they will tear it down, this was in writing. Where in any of my contracts was this, it wasn t, so when I went to talk to management, they stated to come back as they were with clients. Professional. I then left messages and was never returned a phone call, is that lucky then' Constant crime in the facility. I don t get my mail every day now because I can t make it to the post office in time after work. It s been over a month since someone broke into our mailbox and even the post office said it only takes 8 hours to fix, management team told us 14 days. 5 occasions I can think of in our immediate area, someone was cleaning glass from their car window up after just getting broken into. A few apartments had the doors kicked in and people's homes were ransacked. We got a poorly written notice to lock your doors. Nothing about security or attempt thereof. Some kids stayed late at the pool, so the entire complex got a letter stating the pool would be banned if the rules weren t followed. Letter was written by a 4th grader as spelling and grammar sucked. Maintenance team is great, they are very friendly, always say hi and ask how things are. Management gives them very poor quality materials to work with. After the same cabinet was fixed a few times, we just gave up and left the door in the closet. Management will get you on the special, and once your lease is up, jump the price up and when asked about working with someone who has great rental history, I was told sorry that s the market price. Asked about upgrading, stated I would have to go through the application process again.. What' All the fees, all the deposits, and wow 3 months at 580 sounds great, but then 9 more at 890' Seriously, make them all even, and I would still not consider. The complex is quiet; I have never really met my neighbors except for the occasional smile and hello. The people that live here are the only reason to live here. The apartment is old and has a fresh coat of paint on it, but give it just a month or two and you will be regretting it. I will never rent from CRES Management again. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
