I have been at Fountainwood for over a year and it pretty much sucks...our toilet has been leaking for the last 4 months and maintenance has come out to fix it 5 times already. Not to mention the cabinet doors which have fallen off at least 3 times because of the crappy fix up job. The staff constantly misplaces or ignores your requests and if you ask them for something they typically do it wrong so you are forced to deal with them multiple times. there have been at least 2 break ins here and they have done absolutely nothing about it - well except for the fact that they left a note of some of the apartment doors telling people to be careful. the mailboxes were also broken into a couple of months ago and still look like they are being preserved as a crime scene...
