You better watch out when you get ready to leave. I rented there for 4 years. Never late once on rent. When I called to pay my last water bill, the stupid
assistance manager said I owe over$100.00 because of carpet cleaning cost. I told her that that is bull ---- because they installed new carpet like most well ran management companies do. She put me on hold and came back with even more charges.... I had to call the owners of the apartments to get this worked out.
So you better plan to stay for at least 5 years in that ---- hole poorly ran apartment, or plan on bending over when you move...

Same thing happened to my friend when he moved. I am moving at the end of the month but I will have management do a walk thru with me when I move and have them signed my inspection sheet in front of me. (I kept a copy of the inspection sheet when I moved in.) It is the only way to know what they are doing....
